Sink and cooker too deep so they need to go back. Exhaust looks good and sounds sweet, Took it to Bernard Newbury's...and he is going to do all the unholstery in black basket weave to match the immaculate og cab area.

What a great gathering...120+ vehicles. Borrowed Marcus's [son] Mk1 golf and joined Newwaves in a little cruise down the M23. Mk1 ran like a dream despite having been sat  in the yard since feb. well done Heritage team and  VWHeretics for helping organise it and the pics are from their gallery...some 180 odd pics.....we'll be there next month, and this time we'll pack the camera

Greg Bishop's small window race bug.....back for lettering on the quarters. This bug just looks better and better and now runs low 12's.

we panel lined it , striped it and lettered in 03...and it still looks fresh.

Its a bit tricky to do something cool in stainless on a type 4 engine, an try and retain the Heat exchangers....but Jimmy at Valley Gas is on it.

all airbrushed.....its unusual to flame a car in peices like this...it is usually all on the chassis...but that is being worked on. So we have been jigging the doors in position with the front....and then the body to get registration points before marking on the flames and cutting them.

This time on ans Andy Robinson Race Car customer build.....think you can buy a turnkey pro mod from them if you've got a spare £120k....prepped and delivered to the track. This on is for a dutch driver I think its a 68 carbon bodied pontiac firebird.

They also do great chassis mods and parts for all level of racers

Should be finished by tuesday next week....its at the track on thursday. The chassis is being finished whilst we flame the top body....Tony Gabriel of Bodytone and his boys have pulled out all the stops to get the shell prepped and painted in time.....as always the paint is the last thing in a build and a 10 day slot usually gets cut down to 4 or 5!!!

this is probably ours.....here are some 'legs' we had to paint and airbrush for a medical company...to teach about the correct way to apply varicose vein stockings.

special detail required in the veins themselves!

The legs were cast off of a patient and made by a composite technologies company, in carbon/kevlar.
